Motivation Monday Celebrate Autumn Today is the first FULL day of Autumn. Yesterday marked the transition from the end of those lazy warm summer days into the ber or brrr months. The leaves are changing and the temps are dropping so what will you do to shed the old? What old habits are you clinging on to? Do you feel you have little or no choice? Are you feeling like a victim? Stuck in a rut? Shed these feelings like the trees are shedding their leaves! They arent doing you any good! Warm up with old friends and make new ones. Celebrate the colors of fall by adding color to your own life. Add some sugar and spice to your conversations. Be thankful for the bounty and plenty you have, which is more than most in the world. Snuggle up with a great book and learn given the shorter daylight hours. Tailgate, re-connect at homecoming, and join in the fall festivities. There will be leaf piles for jumping in, not just raking up! There will be pumpkins and trick-or-treaters. And dont forget Trees have to lose their leaves to so they can start all over next Spring!
